July Update

So, I have not been sewing like I should be. The weather has been SO SO nice, and I just haven't had the creative "drive" to sit behind my machine day in and day out when it is this fabulous outside! I feel bad...but it is nice to take a bit of a break. I still have 144 items for sale on the site, which I feel is pretty good, so it should keep it afloat for a little while. The naptime sets are catching on, which I think are a great idea for preschool lil guys and gals. Oh wait, I just had an idea. What if I make the blanket into a sleeping bag in the naptime set....oooh oooh, I am going to give that a try. This is how I work, this is how I think.....weird huh? I get some ideas like this out of the blue, and other ideas come from customers who suggest things and a light bulb goes off, like, "why am I not making that?"

My little guy is sleeping, so I had better fire up the machine and crank out a sleeping bag or two!

New Garment Labels Are Here!!

Well, I did it! I ordered new garment labels. Gone are the days of only black and white labels that said nothing about my brand. Here are the new, colorful, large, and in charge woven labels! I love them and can't wait to use them. I placed a HUGE order for new fabrics, and I am so excited to get them. Keep checking in on all the progress : )

I did it! I actually did it! I added the items to my website. I have to credit a good friend at thepatacakebaby.com though, without her, I would not have had the kick in the butt to do it. She is a hard working mama, much like myself, who is also on etsy www.thepatacakebaby.etsy.com and she is a new friend of mine. I just wish she lived closer : )

Anyhoo, I am a motivated mama now! I placed a huge order for new fabrics, and this business is on the one way road to making it big! (crossing my fingers) So, keep checking up on me shopfrankandme.com and I'll keep posting about all the new things I'm up to, right here!

New Coffee Coozies!

I have been going round and round all weekend trying to come up with new designs for coffee coozies. The designs have to be simple, and easy to cut out because they only sell for $2.00 and if it takes me 45 min. to make each one, then that would just be silly. I came up with a new one....ANTS! bugs on your mug. I love it, and I hope you will too! I am always open to feedback and customer ideas! The website, oh the website! argh.  I am not a website designer.  Thank God I have a fabulous gentleman to do that for me.  He is a hard worker, and I have a lot of demands for him.  I still haven't posted items yet, but they are coming!  Soon?
